Kaite Dyer (she/her)

Kaite Dyer is the Executive Director of Inclusion On Purpose, where she leads with a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, person-centered support. After earning her degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, she found her way into the disability services world. What began as administrative support quickly grew into a passion for hands-on, relationship-centered work.

She is an ACRE-certified employment specialist and has held roles including Life Skills Coach, SCC Program Coordinator, and Program Manager. In each position, Kaite has focused on expanding high-quality, neuroinclusive services that empower adults with disabilities to thrive in community, employment, and daily life.

Outside of her work, Kaite is a proud mom of two boys and spends her free time soaking up every moment of wrestling, cuddling, and cheering them on. She also enjoys dancing of all kinds and reading whenever she gets the chance.
